Consult about a specific university

Selected English-taught options. Integrated degrees combine study towards a professional qualification; check school-leaver entry requirements. Clinical careers require professional registration and may require local-language skills. Fees are before scholarships and exclude living costs unless stated. Confirm the programme, intake, duration and final fee with the institution.

Tuition, everyday costs and the requirements behind an application.

Tuition and currency

Pécs and Debrecen publish programme-specific fees. Some are quoted per semester and others per year; some use euros and others US dollars. Medical degrees need a separate budget.

Before you apply

Academic entry

For a bachelor’s, check recognition of your school qualification and required subjects. For a master’s, check the degree, subject background and grades accepted by the programme. Requirements differ by institution.

English and documents

Check the programme’s accepted English tests or exemption rules. Prepare transcripts, qualification certificates and any requested statement, references or portfolio before the application deadline.

Visa preparation

An admission offer is one part of the process. Confirm the current residence requirements, funding evidence, insurance and accommodation arrangements before making travel plans.

Stipendium Hungaricum

Tuition + living-cost contributions

The scheme covers tuition, a monthly stipend, a dormitory place or housing contribution, and medical insurance. Living-cost support is a contribution, so plan additional funds.

Eligibility & how to apply
Who can apply
India is a sending partner. Eligible fields depend on the bilateral agreement. The current India listing does not offer full-degree one-tier master’s funding, so do not assume integrated medicine or dentistry is covered.
Your application route
Choose a programme eligible for India in the official application system, submit the scholarship application, and meet the Indian sending partner’s nomination requirements. UGC is listed as India’s responsible authority.
When to plan
Use the current call and India’s nomination notice together; they may have different deadlines. Other nationalities must check their own sending partner.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters

Competitive full scholarships

Selected joint master’s programmes offer scholarships covering participation costs, with support for travel, visas and living expenses.

Eligibility & how to apply
Who can apply
Applicants worldwide, including Indians, can apply with a qualifying bachelor’s degree or while completing their final year, provided they graduate before the programme starts.
Your application route
Search the official catalogue and apply directly to the programme consortium. To include this destination, check its participating universities and mobility itinerary; this does not fund any standalone master’s of your choice.
When to plan
Most applications run between October and January for the following academic year. Each consortium sets its own deadline and scholarship availability.

Let’s match your course, academic profile and budget to the available funding routes.

Discuss scholarships

Awards are competitive and programme-specific. Check the linked call for your intake, nationality, funding limits and renewal conditions before applying.

Match your next step to your qualification.

Eligible graduates may apply for a job-search or business-starting permit lasting up to nine months, without extension. The intended work or business must fit the qualification, and a subsequent stay depends on eligibility for the next residence category.

A few things to know.

Are these fees for international students?

The listed tuition examples are intended for non-EU students. Check the year, currency and charging period on each programme. Scholarships, living expenses and additional charges need separate confirmation.

Can I remain after graduation?

The graduate route above describes the available framework, subject to eligibility and application deadlines. It is not automatic residence or a guarantee of employment, and does not grant an unrestricted right to work throughout the EU.
